Marine Cooling & Heating
Comfort Systems

Cruisair remote systems provide the greatest flexibility for boats 36 feet and up. The condensing unit, which includes the compressor and other mechanical components, is placed in the engine room. Only the compact, quiet cooling/heating unit goes in the living compartment, where it is normally built into the cabinet work. Cruisair offers a broad range of cooing/heating units for installation behind bulkheads, under bunks, in narrow lockers, beneath a flybridge and other locations. You can run several cooling/heating units from a single remote condensing unit.

NEW! Turbo StowAway AC Unit

New self-contained unit with a positive-flow molded composite condensate drain pan that reduces standing water up to 85%. It has a centrifugal enclosed-motor, HV rotatable blower, and a built-in isolation mounting system that reduces vibration and noise. Turbo StowAway Specifications and Key Benefits PDF

Cruisair Turbo Air Conditioning
Rust-free molded composite drain pan designed for quick removal of condensate water. Innovatively designed sloped channels route water rapidly to a choice of three easy to plumb drain locations.

Experience better noise reduction with a built-in cushion system that minimizes vibration to the deck. Additionally, the innovative mounting clips utilize vibration isolators. As shown in the photo, the optional molded compressor sound shield maximizes noise containment.

The centrifugal enclosed-motor, high-velocity blower can be rotated through 270° with one adjustment screw. The unit’s unique inlet ring is designed to optimize air flow and ensure that the height of the unit does not increase when the blower rotates

The 1987 Montreal Protocol calls for the gradual phase-out of ozone-depleting substances by 2010, including the R-22 gas traditionally used in marine air conditioning systems. Our engineers have been testing alternative "green gas" products for more than three years and we have products available.
